These terms apply when you buy from semble.store. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell
We sell a cosmetic at-home face mask. It is a cosmetic product, not a medicine or a medical device, and nothing on this site is medical advice. It is not a chemical peel, a peel treatment, or a substitute for a professional facial. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or use prescription skincare, speak to a healthcare professional before using it.

Using the product safely
Follow the instructions printed on the carton. They are written for the batch you receive and take precedence over anything on this website. Patch test 24 hours before your first full application. Keep the mask clear of the eye area, lips, eyebrows, hairline, and any broken or irritated skin. This formula contains retinol and brightening ingredients, so wear a broad-spectrum SPF during the day while you are using it. Stop use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

Results
Individual results vary. We describe how skin may look and feel, and we do not publish before-and-after images, percentages or timelines. Anything we say about the product is a description, not a guarantee of a particular outcome for you.

Orders and prices
All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes where shown. Shipping is calculated at checkout before payment. We may correct obvious pricing errors, and if we do we will contact you and give you the choice to confirm or cancel before we ship. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

Where a product shows a higher struck-through price, that is our regular list price and the lower figure is a current offer.

Availability
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Shipping and returns
Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy, and your right to return is set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account and conduct
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and give us accurate information. Do not use this site for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to interfere with it.

Our content
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Semble. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without asking.

Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here affects consumer rights you have under the laws of the country you live in.

Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
